If you have friends or family that are veterans dealing with PTSD, Depression, or other mental trauma from active duty, we understand how important it is to keep tabs on them to make sure they’re ok.
Text Lifeline™ is a simple app that allows individuals to “check-in” with the push of a button, so you can always rest assured they are safe and sound.
When you know a veteran that isn’t in the right state of mind after their time in the military, you want to be there for them when they need you most! With Text Lifeline™, you’ll know if something is wrong within a few hours and that brings peace of mind.
Text Lifeline™ pops up a small “check-in” notification on the individual’s phone each morning. If they respond “I’m OK” to the pop-up, there won’t be another pop-up until tomorrow.
If they don’t click the “I’m OK” option on the pop-up, there will be a follow up pop-up check-in sent six hours later.
If the individual doesn’t respond “I’m OK to either the morning or afternoon pop-up, a last follow up pop-up will be sent 12 hours after the initial daily check-in.
If they don’t respond “I’m OK” to that third pop-up, Text Lifeline™ will automatically send a text to the designated family members, friends, leaders, or other designated individuals letting them know there has not been a response in 12 hours.
